Sign up for free, then click "Start Selling" from the homepage. You'll be guided to set up your store name, slug, and basic info. Your store is live as soon as you add your first product!
Yes! The free plan lets you create a store with up to 20 products, receive unlimited orders, and share your store link on social media. Paid plans unlock extra features like AI Chatbot and more product slots.
Go to your Dashboard, click "Products" in the sidebar, then click "Add Product". Fill in the product name, price, description, and upload images. Your product will be live immediately.
Copy your store link from the Dashboard (it looks like sellerhub.store/store/your-slug) and paste it in your Instagram bio, TikTok profile, Facebook page, or any social platform. Customers can browse and order directly.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Store Design. You can choose from multiple themes (Default, Elegant, Bold, Minimal), upload a logo, add a banner, and set your store announcement.
Your store slug is set when you create the store. Currently, it cannot be changed after creation to maintain stable links. If you need a new slug, you would need to create a new store.
Go to Dashboard → Settings and scroll to the Social Links section. You can add your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, and WhatsApp links. These will appear on your store page.
Seller Hub supports all major currencies. You set your store currency in Settings, and all product prices will display in that currency. Customers see prices in your chosen currency.
When a customer visits your store and places an order, you'll receive a notification in your Dashboard and optionally via push notifications. Go to Dashboard → Orders to see and manage all incoming orders.
Each order goes through these stages: New → Contacted → Shipped → Completed. Click on an order to update its status. You can also mark orders as paid/unpaid to track payments.
Yes! Customers can add multiple products to their cart and submit a single order. You'll see all items listed in the order details on your dashboard.
We offer Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Free includes 20 products and basic features. Starter adds more products and features. Pro unlocks everything including AI Chatbot, offers, and priority support.
Go to Dashboard → Settings and click the upgrade button. You'll be redirected to our payment partner to complete the subscription. Your plan upgrades instantly after payment.
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your subscription management portal. After cancellation, you'll keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Click "Sign In" and enter your email. We'll send you a magic link — click it to sign in securely without a password. No passwords to remember!

Absolutely! Seller Hub is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. You can also install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for an app-like experience — look for the install prompt on your phone.
