1. Digital Product — No Refunds

Seller Hub is a digital subscription service (SaaS). Because we provide a free plan that allows you to explore and test the platform before upgrading, all payments for subscription plans are final and non-refundable.

2. Free Plan

We offer a free plan so you can fully evaluate Seller Hub's features and determine if it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage you to use the free plan before upgrading.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or technical errors on our end, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Continued use of Seller Hub after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
